This data is accessed solely for internal business operations including invoicing, job tracking, and financial record management.

Data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used exclusively to:

Create and manage customer invoices
Track job completion and billing status
Reconcile project records with financial data

All data is processed and stored on Company-owned infrastructure located on-premises. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted authentication tokens and access controls. No QuickBooks data is stored in third-party cloud services beyond Intuit's own platform.

We do not sell, trade, or share QuickBooks data with any third parties. Data access is limited to authorized Company employees.

Authentication tokens are stored securely and refreshed as needed. Transaction data accessed from QuickBooks is used in real-time and retained only as necessary for business record-keeping in accordance with applicable regulations.
