Ohio Drum Manufacturing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates internal business automation software that integrates with QuickBooks Online ("the Service").
By using this Service, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). This Service is intended solely for internal use by authorized employees and agents of Ohio Drum Manufacturing, LLC.
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business operations including invoicing, job tracking, and document management.
Users shall not: (a) share access credentials with unauthorized parties; (b) use the Service for purposes outside normal business operations; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the Service.
The Service accesses QuickBooks Online data solely for the purpose of creating and managing invoices, reading customer information, and updating transaction records. Data is processed on Company-owned infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" for internal business use. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service.
